“Radiant Zala” wrap skirt, blue

Our home is in the rolling hills of Zala, in Göcsej, a land with the scent of forests, streams and mushrooms, that is famous for its wooden belfries.
We’re deeply attached to this place; we keep returning, and we always draw inspiration from the traditions and values we inherited here. The embroidery of Zala is simple and pure. It has a history that goes back hundreds of years, speaking the language of the local people, telling their stories, and reflecting their spirit. This heritage is a true treasure – let it brighten our everyday lives.
May our ancestors walk beside us in our everyday moments. We are never alone. We are here as the result of countless generations of love.

An ankle-length, flared wrap skirt cut from a single, giant piece of dyed cotton canvas. It wraps around the hips like a cape, floating and swaying beautifully in the air with every step. It can be tied at the waist with a wide sash, made from its own material, into a bow. It is decorated with the “Radiant Zala”, our beloved white embroidery. The blooming pattern running all around the bottom of the skirt is over 150 years old. On the front, it features the eye-catching, characteristic Göcsej swirling rose.

It pairs in beautiful harmony with our ” Radiant Zala” blouses, bags, and jackets.
